Learning outcomes |
It is intended that the discipline of Architecture Theory III constitutes the basis of knowledge and reflection throughout the course of Architecture with the following objectives: Understanding of the concept of space and form. Recognition of the importance of research, analysis and criticism associated with architectural theory as an integral tool of design methodology, in its rationale, argumentation. Reflect on fundamental issues in the definition of architectural object based on contemporary architecture, from the vanguards of the twentieth century to the current architectural landscape. Consolidation of this identification through the assimilation of knowledge to interpret and internalize critical discourse, acquiring grammatical references that help decode languages (written discourse or drawing).
