Syllabus The syllabus of Project IV curricular unit consists of a long-term exercise that focuses on the history, evolution and dynamics of the Historic Center of Trancoso and the construction of the future Museum of the City of Trancoso in direct relation with the square developed in the 1st semester.
The exercise deepens, on the one hand, in design methodologies and, on the other hand, in the production of knowledge in architecture, both applied to a real context of research and professional practice, developed within the scope of a project funded by CIAUD-UBI. This is a research project on the history and evolution of the City of Trancoso and Solar dos Costas, Lopes and Tavares, and an architectural project for the construction of the future Museum of the City of Trancoso and its requalification of Largo Doutor Eduardo Cabral.
