Learning outcomes |
1. To dominate the general features of City Project proposals in order to understand the reasons in favour or against them;
2. To dominate the urban design rules considering new urban development proposals or actions at existing areas;
3. To understand the project requirements of the morphological elements of the City (lots, buildings, streets, car lanes, sidewalks, car parking, collective green spaces, infrastructures networks and equipment for collective uses), in accordance with the legal framework in force;
4. To dominate the construction and urbanization rules regarding urban development operations;
5. To recognize the main typologies of morphological elements of the City and the requirements of articulation between them;
6. To understand the requirements, techniques and models of the City Project and to know how to apply its rules as a Civil Engineer, in the spatial planning as multidisciplinary approach.
