Learning outcomes a) Knowledge of the rules and standards of technical drawing in order to unequivocally transpose the abstract design
developed by the designer.
b) Interpret drawings of architectural and urban design,
c) Perform manual drawings of elements of the design of buildings
d) Understanding of cartographic documents and their articulation with the construction site.
e) Understanding of the various types of flat projections, namely axiometric representations and rigorous perspectives.
f) Recognition of the potential and general concepts of computer aided design.
Syllabus 1- Importance of Technical Drawing in Engineering
2- Standardization applied to the Technical Drawing.
3- Characterization of plane projection types. Axonometric and central projections.
4- General concepts of Cartography and Topography.
5- Dimensioning in engineering projects.
6- Interpretation of architectural projects: floors Plants, elevations and sections.
7- Design of roofs, stairs, ramps, doors and windows.
8- Computer-aided design. Introduction to 2D CAD, BIM and GIS.
