5. Ionizing and non ionizing radiations
6. Physical risks: noise, vibration, electrical current, thermal environment and lighting
7. Quality concept and historical evolution of the concept of Quality
8. The Portuguese Quality System, the subsystems of Standards, Metrology and Qualification (Certification and Accreditation
9. Introduction to Quality Management and ISO 9000 standards: NP EN ISO 9000:2005, NP EN ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 9004:2009
10. Methodologies for the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS)
