Learning outcomes The main objective of this course is to provide students with the theoretical, conceptual, and practical tools used in Investment Banking. The course provides an introduction and general understanding of Investment Banking activities and the financial analysis and procedures required to evaluate operations, prepare reports, negotiate and complete transactions. Other objectives include analysis and evaluation in the context of Mergers and Acquisitions and Leveraged Buyout and an understanding of the sources of capital in the context of these transactions.
