Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The semester course is credited with 6 ECTS. The course is structured with theoretical-practice classes – TP (exposition of the subjects of the course and presentation of case studies) and practical classes – PL (application of theoretical concepts to solve practical problems through the development of a constructive project of a residential building, involving all construction phases, their planning and costs evaluation)
The evaluation is performed in two phases
- Continuous evaluation: will be based on practical work carried out in the course and theoretical and practical test
- Final exam (with theoretical and practical part) for admitted students
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
