Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The teaching methodology is student-centred, which over the semester will learn and apply the acquired concepts with his autonomous work and with the help of the teaching team. The contact hours will be focused on the transmission of theoretical and practical knowledge on the subjects of assessment and quality of buildings, with a focus on housing buildings and guidance of works on the subjects under study. Students are required to complement his knowledge and training with information research, individual and team study and also to develop in situ works and reports. The evaluation is performed continuously with the achievement of individual and group works over academic semester. Assessment components: Execution of team practical works (10 points -50%); Execution of individual practical works (5 points - 25%); Individual research work with information compilation, public presentation and discussion of the proposed theme (5 points - 25%). Frequency and approval are obtained by student
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
