Workload TP(60H)
Scientific area Engenharia e Gestão Industrial
Entry requirements Without information.
Learning outcomes - To know the Technical Drawing as professional language, studying representation by orthogonal projections, cuts and sections and types of perspectives. Notions of dimensioning, dimensional tolerance, surface finish.
- Use parametric solid modeling tools (SolidWorks) by creating, manipulating and changing 3D models of components and their assemblies and executing their technical drawings. Acquire the ability to design (3D drawing) more or less complex electromechanical machines.
Syllabus - Introduction to Technical Design: Technical Drawing and Artistic Design; The Technical Design in the various phases of the project. Standardization: Standards in Technical Design: Drawing sheets; Margins; Square; Subtitles; Parts lists; Scales; Standard writing; Types of lines. Orthogonal Projections: The concept of projection; Classification of flat geometric projections; Selection of views; Partial, displaced, interrupted and auxiliary views; Conventional and simplified representations; Reading projections. Cuts and Sections: Cut by parallel or concurrent planes; Representation of the courts; Types of cuts; Sections. Axonometric Projections: The Horseman, Isometric and Dimetric Perspectives. The exploded perspective; Fast geometric solid perspectives. Quotation: Dimension elements; Pricing criteria; Inscription of dimensions in the drawings; Quotation of special representations. Parametric three-dimensional modeling CAD. Using SolidWorks to execute drawings.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The evaluation of the teaching-learning process throughout the teaching activities will be performed through a test, which must be at least 10 (ten) to obtain approval in the subject.
Assessment by final exam will be through a final exam, with a minimum grade of 10 (ten) values.
The calculation formulas of the final grade:
NF (final grade) = NTP (practical test grade) or NE (exam grade)

To obtain frequency students must have at least 7 (seven) values in the practical test and 60% of class attendance.
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
