Learning outcomes	General objective: Provide students with the fundamental knowledge of the area of Business Finance, with an emphasis on financial management. This course unit seeks to develop following skills : i) Distinguish the functions and objectives of financial management and analysis; ii) Understand the notion of time value of money; iii) Carry out financial calculation operations: capitalization and actuarial operations iv) Know the object of financial analysis; v) To know the methods of financial analysis; vi) Calculate and analyze financial ratios; vii) Analyze the situations related to the cash in transit and the means of payment used by customers; viii) Identify and evaluate economic and financial problems; ix) Implement corrective financial management measures that enhance the company's structural balance and profitability in the short, medium and long term. x) Identify procedures to control collections ; Recover bad credit: debt claim, legal and extrajudicial actions, criminal liability
