Learning outcomes	- Identify criteria for evaluating investment projects; - Analyze and select mutually exclusive investment projects - Identify alternative financing sources of an investment project. - Determine the cost of capital of the investment. - Provide students with basic skills on risk analysis and risk estimation methods for incorporating and evaluating investment projects. - Develop critical and creative capacity of students. - Develop interest in scientific research. - Develop the spirit of teamwork and exchange of ideas, - Provide students with skills on more advanced topics of Investment Analysis seeking their preparation for the professional activity.
