Learning outcomes |
1. Provide students with knowledge to conduct or participate in an audit in an organization;
2. Provide students with an integrated vision of the various management systems of a company, namely the integration of Quality, Environmental, Hygiene, Health, Safety at Work, Innovation and Social Responsibility, among others, achieved through the approach ISO 14000 and OHSAS 18001 standards, in a total quality management perspective, through which all stakeholders in an organization (Shareholders, Clients, Employees, Suppliers and Company) are included;
3. To endow the students with competences at the level of the normative requirements for the certification of systems;
4. Encourage the critical spirit and ability to plan, do, perform and act in the implementation of a management system.
