Concept, characteristics and classification of norms; 5. Sources of Law; 6. The Law: a. Process of formation of the Law; b. Unconstitutionality and illegality; c. Application in time and space; d. Interpretation and integration of gaps. 7. The Legal Relationship: a. Concept, structure and elements (subjects, object, legal fact and guarantee); b. Legal Transactions in particular.

Classes are theoretical and practical, using methods of presenting content and solving practical cases, either together or individually.
Students are encouraged to participate, not only by completing classwork, but also by reporting on everyday situations, framed in the subject matter and which enhance debate in class.
