Learning outcomes	The curricular unit aims to provide an introduction to Public International Law, as well as develop interpretive skills to solve practical issues in this area. The focus is on a concrete analysis of the issues, through the study of jurisprudence and international practice and not merely the normative prescriptions.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria	The classes follow a theoretical and practical methodology. Each class have the presentation of theoretical concepts for understanding the program and an application of the acquired knowledge to cases coherently formulated and preferentially taken from case-law decisions so as to induce the consultation and interpretation of normative texts.
