Learning outcomes |
- Know the Technical Drawing as a language professional - Use solid modeling tools to create, manipulate and modify 3D models of components and assemblies and execute their technical drawings. - To acquire the capacity to design (3D design) electromechanical machines
- Acquisition of skills in the concepts inherent in the imaging of objects with accuracy and objectivity, that is using the Technical Drawing utilizing orthogonal projections, sections and sectional views, perspectives, dimensioning principles, limits and fits, machining and surface roughness and geometrical tolerances - Ability to use systems for Computer Aided Design (SolidWorks and Solid Edge) in the implementation of design, technical drawings and their manipulation; - Acquisition of skills in the implementation of projects of mechanisms more or less complex and verification of functionality.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Teaching will be based on theoretical-practical classes in which, in addition to a theoretical introduction to the various subjects covered in the discipline, students essentially perform and develop a set of practical examples whose completion requires individual work in addition to classes. The evaluation (AV) will be carried out during the academic activities based on the classifications obtained in 2 assessment tests - TA1 and TA2 (40% and % weight in the final classification) and in the individual works carried out during the academic semester - TPC (15% weight in the final classification). After the academic activities, the evaluation will be based on the classification obtained in the exam and in the individual works. Being a Curricular Unit in which the execution component is essential, the students' attendance (A) can be taken into account as an assessment element.
