Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria Lectures (TE) involving oral presentations of the syllabus content using audiovisual aids, experimental demonstrations, and/or simple computer simulations. Theoretical-practical classes (TP) in which theoretical concepts are illustrated through concrete applications, including the completion of applied exercises, and in which active student participation is strongly encouraged.
The final assessment of the Course Unit will consist of a single component, which consists of a written midterm exam during the teaching-learning period and/or a written final exam during the regular and/or make-up exam periods, with questions focusing on the material covered in class.
Final Grade = 100% Written Test (Midterm or Final Exam)
The student will be exempt from the exam if the final teaching-learning grade is 10 or higher.
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
