Learning outcomes	The "Spreadsheet Course - Advanced Functionalities" is part of the Cross Cutting Skills Lab (CCSLab), which is one of the emerging initiatives of the Impulso Jovens STEAM Program at the University of Beira Interior. The "Spreadsheet Course - Advanced Functionalities" aims to familiarize students with the advanced features of a spreadsheet, promoting their training through the teaching of this data processing and analysis tool. At the end of the course, the student must acquire knowledge and develop skills in order to be able to: a) Execute links between multiple spreadsheets b) Perform data analysis c) Automate actions through the use of macros.
Syllabus	1. Multiple worksheets: 1.1. Multiple sheets; 1.2 Gathering spreadsheets; 1.3 Link between sheets. 2. Data Summary: 2.1 Insertion of subtotals; 2.2 Highlights; 2.3 Reports. 3. Data analysis: 3.1 Data analysis in tables and lists: 3.1.1 Creating, sorting and filtering data; 3.1.2 Forms. 3.2 Creating and formatting a pivot table; 3.3 Use of totals and subtotals; 3.4 Formulas in pivot tables; 3.5 Elaboration of graphics. 4. Macros: 4.1 Pre-defined macros; 4.2 Macros for customizing toolbars; 4.3 Creating and recording a macro; 4.4 Assigning a macro to a button; 4.5 Execution of a macro.
