Learning outcomes With this training, it is intended: i) to provide the trainee with the knowledge and ability to understand the various aspects of physical exercise in an aquatic context, structure and organization; ii) to develop skills in the teaching-learning process within the scope of activities carried out in the aquatic environment; iii) develop knowledge and skills for understanding and adapting exercise programs to the requirements and needs of the different stages of the practice of the various aspects of swimming.
Syllabus 1. Exercise in an aquatic context: rationale, basic principles and role of the teacher/coach
2. Swimming teaching programs: rationale, development stages and methodological aspects.
3. The particularities of teaching swimming and developing aquatic activities in the initial stages of learning
