Learning outcomes |
Know the basic functioning of a camera, natural and artificial lighting and respective fundamental accessories in product photography. Knowing how to improve, retouch and communicate in a more assertive and professional way the images resulting from photo sessions, using Adobe Photoshop software. Analyze current product photography trends and decipher/disassemble the associated technical and creative construction process. At the end of the course, the student/trainee should be able to master and use the fundamental, technical and conceptual elements of photographic production; plan and carry out original product photography work from a market perspective.

Syllabus |
In the first phase of the course, the theme of the emergence of a photographic exhibition will be addressed, that is, the fundamental technical elements (the foundations of photography) involved in the creation of an image: the shutter, the diaphragm and the ISO. In a second phase, some of the best practices involved in the creation of product photography will be explored, be it catalog, editorial or commercial photography, using the knowledge associated with the technical characteristics of the camera, light diagrams (natural and artificial), composition product creation and brief photographic editing using Adobe Photoshop.

The practical exercises, with the monitoring, dialogue and supervision of the teacher/trainer, are fundamental for the learning objectives to be fulfilled and the students/trainees to be able to successfully complete the course.
