Learning outcomes	Like Workshops 1, this curricular unit aims to broaden the horizons of design practice in industrial design, promoting: - The acquisition of theoretical and practical knowledge aimed at specific needs of each year or project developed in Project 2. - Knowledge and ability to apply new approaches and technologies to design. - Skills in support areas or on the border with industrial design. - The practice and experimentation of interdisciplinary methodologies. - The ability to work in the development and implementation of short and practical projects. - Team work skills and dynamic contexts. - Communication skills to different interlocutors.
Syllabus	The workshops to be promoted are year-to-school variables, and are selected according to the specific needs of the classes and the works to be developed in Project 2, so there is an articulation with the project discipline and its coordination with opportunities and partnerships established in each academic year. For the development of each workshop, the content will be prepared by a specialist guest (designer, teacher, researcher or other), either from the university or from the (national or international) community, who prepares the briefing. Theoretical, projective and technical content in the field of industrial design and in correlated areas. Possible types of workshops: - Projectuals - development of short processes and projects with professionals from different areas. - Technicians, technology and workshops - exploration of techniques, technologies and materials (such as production processes, making, drawing, photography), directed to the projects to be developed.
