Learning outcomes Understanding of representation visual codes of on the studied models. Formal seizure of processes and representation techniques. Recognition and theoretical/ historical framework of drawing languages. Develop effective representation skills and understanding of applied drawing language.
Syllabus Acquisition of theoretical and historical knowledge related to Visual Arts and technical skills in the use of creative processes methodologies in graphic representation. Graphic exploration of Drawing structural language: Line, Contour Line, Surface, Surface Contour; Gesture and Expression; Graphic and speculative development of concepts such as Structure, Contour and Volume, Surfaces and Visual Texture, Form and Surface, Motion and Symmetry.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The UC is structured in the realization of theoretical/practical sessions along with a tutorial process based on the assumption of intensive individual practice, characterized in the analysis of visual characteristics of the proposed referents and graphic reference work. Competences are developed, taking into account objectivity, the ability to observe and register, manipulation and synthesis in various acting environments, the application of theoretical knowledge of the structural language of drawing, creativity and invention in the field of composition, expression and mastery in the application of concepts related to the organization and structuring of pages, method and coherence in the set of visual responses to the proposed referents. The assessment is carried out on a continuous basis, in the exercises proposed in the contact hours. Of these, the exercises analyzed by the teacher will be proposed for final evaluation. Fieldwork proposals will also be evaluated.
