Learning outcomes Involve students in debates and workshops that contribute to the realisation of their projects, dissertations or internships.
In order to successfully complete the course, students must demonstrate that they are able to: identify the fundamental topics that make up a research proposal; draw up their own research proposal; collectively debate critical points of research with colleagues and researchers, using theoretical, methodological and empirical consistency in the arguments invoked; co-operate with colleagues in the search for the best solutions to their problems and the challenges posed by the research; prepare the theoretical outline of the dissertation / final project / internship, identifying the main paradigms and studies; evaluate the consequences of theoretical, methodological and empirical choices.
Syllabus The syllabus will be defined according to the topics chosen by the students for their dissertation / project / internship and the debates and workshops that will be held on this basis.
Main Bibliography Bibliography to be selected by the students, on the recommendation of the dissertation / project / internship supervisors.
Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria Methods: preparation of the work plan; individual essay; participation in classes and debates; final exam
Criteria: preparation of the work plan = 60%; Individual essay = 40%;
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
