Learning outcomes |
The objectives of this course are to introduce both basic and more advanced aspects of current productivity and collaboration software. In terms of knowledge, the aim is for students to understand the basic principles of productivity tools. In terms of skills, students should be able to: use file-sharing functionalities to enable efficient collaborative work; explore communication and collaboration tools within the Office 365 environment; implement planning and scheduling techniques for better time management; create and integrate forms and automation to optimize processes.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Assessment is carried out through a practical test at the end of the course. The test includes five activities, each subdivided into several tasks, covering all course topics and involving most of the tools presented as examples. The tasks consist of performing actions that simulate real-life scenarios of using the tools.
