Learning outcomes	General Objectives: - To understand the structure and formation of lexical units in Portuguese. Specific Objectives: - To identify and analyze the processes of lexical unit formation. - To understand the morphological classes of lexical units. - To recognize morphemes and their function in words.
Syllabus	1. Introductory Concepts of Morphology; 2. The lexicon of Portuguese; 3. Derivational morphology; 4. Inflectional morphology.
