Learning outcomes |
In this curricular unit, students will have to carry out fieldwork in local and regional cultural organizations. They should acquire practical skills in management, programming and cultural organization, in a context that allows them to develop their critical and entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal relationships, communication, adaptability and problem solving. Specifically, fieldwork in a curricular context allows to 1. mobilize and apply scientific knowledge and soft skills to the work to be developed in a professional context; 2. Develop skills that are current demands of the labour market, such as communication and conflict management skills, teamwork and resistance to stress 3. Promote autonomy 4. To stimulate creativity.

Syllabus |
The fieldwork with cultural organizations should enable students to: 1. Recognize the role of cultural agents in different associations and institutions; 2. Contact with different publics and stakeholders in all phases of cultural programming or management. 3. Identify and mobilize new forms of cultural communication.
