Learning outcomes |
Practical skills in management, programming and cultural organization, in a context that allows developing their critical and entrepreneurial spirit, interpersonal relations, communication, adaptability and problem solving. Specifically, fieldwork in a curricular context allows to 1. mobilize and apply scientific knowledge and soft skills to the work to be developed in a professional context; 2. Develop skills that are current demands of the labour market, such as communication and conflict management skills, teamwork and resistance to stress 3. Promote autonomy 4. To stimulate creativity.

Syllabus |
The fieldwork with cultural organizations should enable students to: 1. Recognize the role of cultural agents in different associations and institutions; 2. Contact with different publics and stakeholders in all phases of cultural programming or management. 3; 3. Identify and mobilise new forms of cultural communication. The work programme will be defined by those responsible for the organisation, in close liaison with the students and the teacher of the course.
