Learning outcomes |
To understand the importance of photography in contemporary society; to comprehend, reflect and analyze current trends in photography; to foster research, experimentation and creativity in developing interdisciplinary projects; to develop critical thinking and technical skills. By the end of this course, students will be able to: demonstrate and apply the fundamental elements of photographic production, both technically and conceptually; plan, design, and produce original photographic projects with an interdisciplinary perspective.

Syllabus |
Photography as representation/interpretation/creation of reality and staged photography: concepts, history, authors and techniques, digital effects and Chromakey laboratory. Project design and development, timing of projects in various stages: design and rationale, prototypes/sketches, production and postproduction and exhibition/public presentation.
