Learning outcomes |
The syllabus is aimed at independent users and intends to develop communication skills in terms of oral and written comprehension, oral interaction and written and oral production. Using an action-oriented methodology, the aim is to lead students to reach level B1 according to the descriptors of the Common European Framework of Reference for Foreign Languages. The syllabus aims to develop communication skills using teaching materials and authentic documents, focusing on the following aspects: understanding diverse oral, audiovisual and written texts, interacting orally and in writing in a variety of communication situations, producing statements that respect the pronunciation of French and producing written texts of various genres. The aim is for students to be able to understand and produce simple and coherent speech on topics that are familiar to them or of personal interest.

Syllabus |
Grammatical consolidation of levels A1 and A2 (notably the verb tenses of “présent de l’indicatif”, “passé composé”, “impératif présent”, “imparfait de l’indicatif”, “futur simple de l’indicatif”, “conditionnel présent”, “subjonctif présent” and the construction of “futur proche”), constructions with a passive meaning, the situation of an action in time, impersonal constructions, the expression of certainty and doubt, the expression of possibility and impossibility, relative constructions with “dont”, the verb tense of “plus-que-parfait”, the expression of anteriority, the report in the “passé simple”, the “conditionnel passé”, the expression of feelings, the verb tense of the “futur antérieur”, the situation and duration in the future, the expression of conditions and restrictions, the expression of cause and consequence, the verb tense of the “subjonctif passé”, the chain of ideas, the “relative pronouns: auquel, lequel and duquel” and constructions with two pronouns.
