Learning outcomes |
Understand the methodological principles of a Literature Review. Use digital tools (EndNote and NVivo) for reference management and qualitative analysis. Apply the knowledge acquired in the organisation, analysis and interpretation of scientific sources. The expository and demonstrative teaching methodology, combined with active and contextualised practice, guarantees the consolidation of content and the acquisition of practical skills, in total alignment with the defined objectives.

Syllabus |
Literature review concepts and methodologies. Introduction to EndNote and NVivo. Creating a digital reference library (EndNote). Exporting references to NVivo. Advanced analysis techniques with NVivo. Organising, segmenting and coding sources. Classification and advanced queries. Practical application in scientific writing. Managing citations in the text. Questions session.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Assessment will consist of a multiple-choice test with a weighting of 50 per cent and attendance, also with a weighting of 50 per cent.
The minimum attendance requirement remains at 80 per cent in order to pass.
