Learning outcomes |
— Apply and integrate the knowledge acquired during the study cycle through the completion of an individual scientific research project, original and related to a given topic in the field of biochemistry, or through a professional internship culminating in a final report. — By the end of this course unit, the student should be able to: - Understand and solve problems in new situations or in broad and multidisciplinary contexts, either for research practice or for carrying out a specialized professional activity. - Search for, process, organize, discuss, and communicate information on a specific topic within their field of study. - Conduct research work in the area of Biochemistry while meeting the requirements imposed by academic standards of quality, ethics, and integrity. - Communicate orally and write technical and/or scientific documents for both specialists and non-specialists in their field of study.

Syllabus |
The program content is defined jointly by the supervisor and the student, in accordance with the established work plan, and under the coordination of the Course Director and the Second-Cycle Course Committee. The proposed topic should enable the development of autonomous and multidisciplinary competencies through the preparation of a dissertation or a research project in the field of Biochemistry, whether fundamental or applied, carried out at the University and/or in collaboration with companies or laboratories, under the guidance of a faculty member.
