The course aims to provide introductory knowledge of Law as a normative order, in order to equip students with basic legal skills to understand, interpret and apply Law in its various branches.
The study prioritizes the use of practical examples and case studies to apply the theoretical material.

a. Notion, structure, and elements (subjects, object, legal fact, and guarantee);
