Learning outcomes |
Develop in the student knowledge and skills about scientific research methods applied to Physical Education, promoting a critical and wellfounded approach to research processes and their implications in teaching. Critically analyze the scientific production in the field of educational research in Physical Education, identifying limitations, potentialities, and contributions to pedagogical practice. Develop and apply research methodologies, with an emphasis on qualitative approaches and action research, using appropriate criteria, models, strategies, and instruments for the study problem, respecting the ethical principles of scientific research.
Develop a research project within the scope of Physical Education, based on theoretical and methodological frameworks suitable for the challenges of the school.
Interpret and analyze research data in Physical Education, establishing relationships between the obtained results and pedagogical practice.

During the semester the assessment will consist of:
- Phase 1: Elaboration of Assignments (Learning Objective and Concept Development) (20%)
- Phase 2: Completion, Presentation, and Discussion of Action Research Project (40%)
- Phase 3: Construction and Manipulation of Database (40%)
* Mandatory attendance at all assessment phases, including Working Student.
