-Epistemology of studies in the Humanities. Linguistic studies, literary studies and cultural studies. Inter- and transdisciplinary approaches. Comparative Literature and Iberian Studies. Comparative Linguistics, Contrastive Linguistics and Interlanguage studies. -The teaching of Portuguese as a mother tongue and as a non-mother tongue/additional/host language in the current political and socioeconomic context. -The teaching of Spanish in Portugal within the framework of the language policy of the Council of Europe. Plurilingualism, intercomprehension, interculturality. -Research methods in the context of Portuguese and Spanish studies. Field research and documentary research in a digital context. Quantitative, qualitative and mixed methodologies.
