Define the scope of a project, its objectives and its respective activities. 3. Know how to plan the various phases of the project considering requirements, time, costs and risks. 4.Understand the importance of well-structured and methodological project planning and control. 5. Create a project plan, implement and monitor it.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The evaluation is performed through one individual written test (50%), one practical group assignment (40%) and individual practical exercises to be develop in class (10%).
