Learning outcomes This CU intends to build a comprehensive and integrator framework of supervision in educational context, deepening knowledge and skills in the field of models, strategies and methods of pedagogical supervision. At the end of the CU the student must be able to:
1.Know the main models of pedagogical supervision;
2.Understanding the learning process: personal variables, social and instructive;
3.Develop supervisory skills;
4.Plan, implement and assess plans to promote self-regulation in pedagogical supervision;
5.Communicate and support, both spoken and written, the process and the results of their work;
6.Develop processes of reflection and self-assessment of the performance as student;
7.Present responsible ethical behavior, revealing knowledge of professional ethics.
