Equality Commission is an advisory body, which aims to promote and guarantee equality of opportunities, in labour activities, education and research, in the area of University of Beira Interior policies.
Is main goal is to protect and guarantee the dignity and integrity of the human being, in labour activities, education and research, especially on non-discrimination on the basis of gender, parental protection, reconcile working life and family life of men and women and combat gender-based violence.
