Profile of the programme

The aims are: 1) to allow holders of a Master's degree (or its equivalent) in various areas of Mathematics and Applied Mathematics to pursue their education in the framework of a doctoral program in Mathematics and Applications; 2) to promote the acquisition and consolidation of interdisciplinary knowledge between Mathematics and other scientific areas; 3) to promote the development of independent research skills and stimulate the ability to communicate the results of original scientific work to the academic and professional communities. |
