Key learning outcomes
|
The Initial Pedagogical Training for Trainers course aims to promote the acquisition, updating and improvement of skills, in order to equip training professionals with high levels of psychosocial and technical-pedagogical proficiency, allowing them to perform the role of trainer/ certified, through the attribution of the respective Certificate of Pedagogical Skills issued by the Institute of Employment and Professional Training. In addition to this certification, a certificate will be issued within the scope of the UBImpulso Adultos project with the registration of 6 ECTS. |

Occupational profiles of graduates
|
All trainees who successfully complete the course are included in the trainers' scholarship from the University of Beira Interior (UBI) and IEFP. This initiative aims to enable all trainees to start a profession in the field of training. |
