Learning outcomes Objectives: Understand and analyze the role of the sports industry in social and economic development, through the knowledge of the managemet principles.
Learning Outcomes: 1) Understand the impact of sport in contemporary society; 2) Know the structure of the sports system and understand the links between the several stakeholders; 3) Know the basic principles that characterize the theories of organizations; 4) Know and understand the implications that the variables: leadership, motivation and communication have in sustainable development of sport organizations.
