Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
The methodology is focused on the exposition, analysis and discussion between student and advisor, on the fundamental results in the literature, that are directly related to the research topics. At the end of the semester, the student must present a final seminar, open to the teaching staff community as well as t other PhD students.
The final grade/classification (NF) is given by the formula $NF= 0.75*N1+0.25*N2$ where N1 (0-20 points) is the classification given by the PhD, and N2 (0-20 points) is the classification given by the scientific committee, concerning the final seminar presented by the student.
