Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
The typology of classes this UC will result from the combination of lectures, problem-solving and laboratory practice, looking for a strong evaluation component and involvement of students in grounded intervention contexts addressed theoretical content. It also aims to create a learning environment applied to the problems of the scientific area, so the more theoretical contents will be presented using practical examples and concrete in research on exercise and health. The assessment includes performing a frequency of assessment that will look at understanding the existing exercise programs for apparently healthy individuals and the principles that guide its implementation. It will still be considered to evaluate the realization of written support to the preparation of physical fitness and intervention evaluation reports. In the third place will still exist an assessment that will consider the intervention capacity and management of exercise and health programs relative to the member
