Learning outcomes The Research classes aim to develop students' autonomy in preparing a preliminary research project by training and testing their ability to question reality, critically analyse and construct logical and linguistically correct scientific reports.
To develop students' ability to prepare a research proposal that is theoretically and methodologically sound.
To develop advanced scientific research skills, with a focus on scientific research in cultural studies. Deepen understanding of the epistemological and methodological paradigms that structure contemporary research. Train students to design, implement and evaluate original research projects (including dissertations). Master qualitative, quantitative and mixed analysis methodologies and techniques. Produce rigorous and publishable scientific knowledge.
Syllabus During the classes, topics will be covered that will help students develop a preliminary research project, demonstrating the application of basic rules for writing a scientific report, including citations and bibliographical references.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria All work will be oriented towards the performance of exercises in the classroom. This practice continues, aims to enable students to plan, execute, present and defend their future dissertations.
Taking into account the eminently practical objectives of this curricular unit, there will be no final theoretical exam.
