Learning outcomes	- Theoretical knowledge associated with interpersonal processes in order to identify and characterize individuals and groups in social contexts. - Theoretical competences in comprehending how small groups function, in particular in relation to group formation and dynamics. - Introduction competences of small group research literature analysis in order to promote the comprehension of group use as a change/intervention tool. - Competences for the application of acquired knowledge as well as understanding and executing critical analysis of issues with social relevance. - Interpersonal skillsto work in groups in order to carry out practical activities and theoretical studies of the curricular unit. - Skill set in communicating ideas, problems and solutions, resulting from the activities of analysis, synthesis and reflection carried out in individual and group work.

Group dynamics: study of group and people in interaction 2.1. Structure and dynamics. 2.2. Formation and development. 2.3. Interdependence and cohesion. 2.4. Emotions and emotional expression. 2.5. Conflict and conflict resolution. 2.6. Autonomy and leadership. 2.7. Problem-solving and decision making. 3. Intervention in and with groups: people and group on change.
