Learning outcomes Objectives:
1. To understand the process of evaluating and developing business opportunities.
2. Define criteria for assessing the market potential of a business idea and the resources needed to introduce it to the market.
3. Apply tools for designing, innovating and validating business models.
Competences:
a. Being able to assess and develop a business opportunity.
b. Be able to structure a business model using design, innovation and planning tools.
