Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria The typology of classes and, above all, the methodology associated with them, will allow a proactive and reflective learning style of the defined syllabus, stimulating the theoretical-practical understanding of the concepts. In the end, the aim is to be a student with basic knowledge about training, with an emphasis on basic motor skills, but also with the ability to critically reflect and with the necessary curiosity for a more advanced “knowing” in terms of understanding and complexity. of the various problems associated with sports training. The normal mode of assessment to be privileged will be attendance, without neglecting other assessment mechanisms (i.e., final exam) that are contemplated in the UBI regulations or in the general law itself (i.e., students with special regimes…). We will opt for the realization of 2 frequencies, as this is a 1st cycle of studies of a course that should provide very solid theoretical bases that facilitate the predictable continuation of studies
Language Portuguese. Tutorial support is available in English.
