Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
Classes are T and TP typology. The pedagogical methodologies used combine a part of theoretical exposition with reflection questions that are asked to students and that demand research, discussion and application of the contents taught to case studies. The oral exposition and the debate provide the training of orality and the need for interconnection between the different contents taught. Progressive practical exercises are carried out that require the objective and interconnected application of the concepts taught in the various modules. In this sense, the UC evaluation will consist of written tests to assess the acquisition of different more theoretical knowledge, as well as practical work in order to assess the students' ability to integrate the different contents in the diagnosis of different organizational contexts. Each work performed will involve an oral presentation.
