Mode of delivery The teaching is mainly theoretical with the exposure and analysis of the major theories and authors in the area of ??Knowledge Management.
Learning outcomes • Provide an insight into the importance and role of Knowledge Management and how it enables organizations to increase their competitiveness.
• Develop the main theories and draw attention to its importance in the development of scientific knowledge.

At the end of the course students should:
• Have a thorough overview of the importance and role of Knowledge Management and how it enables organizations to identify, acquire, store, analyze, distribute, and reuse in a systematic information and knowledge to increase their productivity and competitiveness.
• Know the main underlying theoretical contributions to Knowledge Management.
• Know the main background to these theories.
• Be able to use qualitative research methodologies.
• Having the ability to investigate issues related to Knowledge Management and Organizational Wisdom.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria Students will be evaluated on 3 factors:
? Individual and reasoned analysis of an article (critical review): 25%
? Development of an article on Knowledge Management: 70%
Delivery date: May 18, 2024
? Participation in classes and discussion of work: 5%
In the first two assessment moments, students must obtain a minimum grade of 8 and a positive average to pass this curricular unit.
