Learning outcomes |
Present and consolidate the strategic dimension of human resources management. Allow learning of motivational processes and organizational culture. The student must develop and implement motivation plans, identifying and respecting the individual, group, cultural, and leadership constraints. Identify the characteristics of the human resources management (to attract, maintain and develop human capital). To identify and apply the most relevant methodologies to attract the necessary human capital (recruitment and selection), to maintain it (rewards and evolution in human resources management) and to implement them in a way that represents an added value to the organization (career development) and develop it (training). Apply control methodologies, namely the social report, and calculation of the most relevant indicators: absenteeism and turnover.
