The student must develop and implement motivation plans, identifying and respecting the individual, group, cultural, and leadership constraints. Identify the characteristics of the human resources management (to attract, maintain and develop human capital). To identify and apply the most relevant methodologies to attract the necessary human capital (recruitment and selection), to maintain it (rewards and evolution in human resources management) and to implement them in a way that represents an added value to the organization (career development) and develop it (training). Apply control methodologies, namely the social report, and calculation of the most relevant indicators: absenteeism and turnover.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
The classes are theoretical-practical, constituted by a part with theoretical exposition by the teacher with recourse to the Powerpoint; another part with exposure, analysis and discussion of scientific articles or practical cases (previously delivered to students); finally, questions are presented to be solved by the students. The practical cases can also be solved and delivered via email to the teacher. The forms of evaluation are: - Two written tests weighing 85% (37,5% the first and 47,5% the second). - Resolution of practical cases and exercises in the classroom, weighing 15%.
