Learning outcomes |
Master the industry-standard office productivity software. This includes providing students with advanced skills in word processing software useful from a business point of view. However, a large part of the curricular unit aims to prepare students for advanced and sophisticated use of spreadsheets in order to perform calculations of any kind, analyze large amounts of data, simulate, model and optimize problems emphasizing the use of spreadsheets as decision support tools.

Teaching Methodologies and Assessment Criteria |
All sessions are held in the laboratory which facilitates the acquisition of the skills. The application to new situations facilitates the consolidation of skills which are evaluated in tests performed in the laboratory, as well. A global project, when available, allows the student to develop creative solutions and independent research skills expanding their knowledge.
